2. Description of Services
SpyHost provides Minecraft hosting and website development services subject to availability and the plan selected.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, cryptojacking, or any abuse of our network or other customers.
5. Billing & Payments
Services are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Refunds are handled per our published refund policy.
6. Uptime & SLA
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance via Discord. SLA credits may apply for qualifying outages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your service at any time via Discord support.
8. Limitation of Liability
SpyHost is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
9. Intellectual Property
All SpyHost branding, designs and infrastructure remain our property. You retain ownership of content you upload.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
